The It Factor Productions Opens New Corporate Headquarters.



September 30, 2013 (Philadelphia)— The It Factor Productions®, the 2013 Tony Award winning production company and leading talent management firm, opened its new corporate headquarters on Monday, September 30, 2013. The company is proud to be a part of a modern two story-building complex located in Northeast Philadelphia. Our original Philadelphia location has now been officially merged with the new office.  With an additional 5,000 sq feet, we will be adding a new agency services center.  WE have acquired over 50% of the entire second floor of the complex, in which renovations will be completed and brought on line in the coming weeks.
The new corporate headquarters includes:
  • More than 5,000 sq/ft
  • Offices and workspace for more than 100 employees
  • Onsite agency services for both client and talent needs
  • Global Network Operations Center to monitor all The It Factor Productions’ facilities.

Our team worked hard to plan and prepare this space for the needs of our rapidly growing company,” said Alycia Kaback, Chief Executive Officer for The It Factor Productions. “This has been and will continue to be a big year for The It Factor Productions. Our new headquarters is the perfect hub for what will be considerable expansion of our services and operations.”
The facility was redeveloped for and leased to The It Factor Productions by Highland Management, Inc., the area’s largest developer of commercial properties. “The effort that came from our team, our development partners, and our staff is evident,” said Ms. Kaback. “We’re thrilled to have all parts of our company, from agency services to production and music departments, all onsite in one building.  We look forward to showcasing our innovations right where we develop them.”
The It Factor Productions’ new corporate address is in the Lower South Hampton Village, 210 East Street Road Suite 2A Feasterville, Pa, 19053. The company will continue operating our high fashion agency, Colby Models in New York City with fashion pioneer, Ryan Colby.  We are planning our national expansion with two new locations in development in Baltimore and the Washington D.C. area and more points of presence in seven additional U.S. cities.
