1. Business
is an associated system, not a battlefield.
Extraordinary bosses think business as an aggregation between
company, department and groups so they naturally create partnership with other
companies, groups, customers, even competitors. Where the average bosses think
business is a confliction between employees, group, & department also.
2. A company
is a community, not a machine.
Extraordinary bosses see their company
is a collection of employee’s dreams & hopes where all are connected to
this network for a connected to a higher purpose. So he/she inspired employees
to give full effort and dedication therefore the company and community grow up
with strong bonding. Where average bosses treated company is
a machine then create rigid rules for stuff and driven by it.
3.
Management is service, not control.
Extraordinary bosses set a common direction to all give decision
making power to downward which allowing teams driven by own rules instead of
emergency.
On
the other hand average bosses want employees only do task with their guidelines
only so individuals are waiting for boss’s decision to start any assignment.
4. My
employees are my peers, not my children.
Extraordinary bosses treat every employee is important and they
play a vital role in their position that established a good chain of command
from the loading dock to boardroom. Where average bosses stuffing their
superiority over employee and treated them as inferior, do not give any credit
for better work also.
