Extraordinary Boss Doesn't Have To Be Hard. Read These 4 Tips

                        

 

1. Business is an associated system, not a battlefield.

Extraordinary bosses think business as an aggregation between company, department and groups so they naturally create partnership with other companies, groups, customers, even competitors. Where the average bosses think business is a confliction between employees, group, & department also.

2. A company is a community, not a machine.


Extraordinary bosses see their company is a collection of employee’s dreams & hopes where all are connected to this network for a connected to a higher purpose. So he/she inspired employees to give full effort and dedication therefore the company and community grow up with strong bonding. Where average bosses treated company is a machine then create rigid rules for stuff and driven by it.

 

3. Management is service, not control.

Extraordinary bosses set a common direction to all give decision making power to downward which allowing teams driven by own rules instead of emergency.
On the other hand average bosses want employees only do task with their guidelines only so individuals are waiting for boss’s decision to start any assignment.

4. My employees are my peers, not my children.


Extraordinary bosses treat every employee is important and they play a vital role in their position that established a good chain of command from the loading dock to boardroom. Where average bosses stuffing their superiority over employee and treated them as inferior, do not give any credit for better work also.
